Good morning! My honorable leaders, ladies and gentlemen.
Today, we are delighted to gather for the opening of “Guangxi Cruise Talents Cultivation and School-Enterprise Cooperation Seminar”. First of all, let me begin by offering warmest welcome and earnest appreciation to our honorable guests all the way from afar on behalf of the sponsor Guangxi Xianghai Shipping Co., Ltd. I also wish to thank for the support of Guangxi University which offered treasurable opportunities to deepen our relationship. The conference is such significance to the cruise talents fostering in our enterprise and even in the entire Guangxi.
Xianghai as an industrial leader of cruise talent fostering in Guangxi, is affiliated with the Hong Kong Shipping Group. Since its inception, has made every effort to make distinct advantage and sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation in cruise talents fostering. Over the years, the Hong Kong Shipping Group set up more than 10 branches and offices in Guangxi, Hubei, Jiangsu and Shandong, collaborates with schools in order to develop the cooperative project of cruise talents fostering. We established "Xianghai Education Alliance" with our honorable partners and have trained a number of crew members for the international cruise enterprises, especially Guangxi Xianghai has provided crew members of more than 400.
Nowadays, the global cruise industry has come to the age of "Chinese Opportunity". With the Chinese government’s supports and market demand, the Chinese cruise industry is entering into a golden age. However, there are still some unexpected problems exist in the early stage of rapid development such as the shortage of talents supplies, the low competitiveness of talents and furthermore, the unreasonable talents structure.
Currently, only a few universities in Guangxi set up cruise crew as school major, also encountered some common difficulties in the process of fostering. There are according to the researched by domestic universities: weak faculty, high-quality teaching material shortage, deviation from occupational standard, restricted training bases and lack of employing channel for students. According topublished in the 10th China Cruise Shipping Conference 2015, indicated that Beihai, Guangxi is setting as port of departure in southwestern coast, Fangchenggang as port of call, which creates plenty of convenience and opportunities for Guangxi cruise employment. Guangxi cruise talents fostering is a systematic project, and universities must play a crucial role as in the major educational system. Simultaneously, Xianghai Education formed an effective set of training and employment we devote to build and improve cruise training system. No doubt we are experienced in cruise education, with stable teaching methods and management though, school-enterprise cooperation still needs to be continuously adjusted and improved base on market demand and cruise features in order to achieve the common goal of fostering. Not only opportunity but challenges are being faced to, but if we clearly ensure our target as long as we are confident the cooperation will reach a successful outcome.
My friends, we sincerely invite you to join our "Xianghai Education Alliance", work together for Guangxi cruise talents fostering to achieve the win-win goal of cooperation. For the optimization of training, I suggest to establish Guangxi Cruise Talent Platform; to enhance interaction among schools and enterprise; to enhance competitiveness, teaching material and so on through our effective cooperation in order to become the rising star in the field of Guangxi cruise talents fostering. We altogether will obtain the latest information, strengthen channels of employment, realize seamless docking with enterprise through the interaction for healthier and rapid development of Guangxi cruise fostering. At last, I wish a complete success for the Guangxi Cruise Talents Cultivation and School-Enterprise Cooperation Seminar.

今天，我们在此隆重召开“广西国际邮轮人才培养暨校企合作发展研讨会”，我谨代表本次大会的主办方——广西香海船务有限公司，向各位的到来表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢！同时感谢广西大学对本次会议的大力支持，让我们创造出这一次共同交流学习的机会，这对我们企业乃至广西邮轮人才的培养都将具有深远的意义。
作为广西国际邮轮人才培养的领军企业，广西香海船务有限公司隶属于香港海运集团，自成立以来，全力打造广西邮轮产业优势突出、可持续发展能力强的校企合作发展企业。多年来，香港海运集团在广西、湖北、江苏、山东等地开设了十几家分公司及办事处，与各大院校发展校企合作项目，共同组成“香海教育联盟”，与合作伙伴为国际邮轮产业培养了一批又一批的邮轮人才，其中广西香海输送的船务人员就已多达400多名。
如今，全球邮轮产业的“中国机遇”已经降临，在政府的推动支持和市场驱动下，中国邮轮经济即将进入发展的黄金时期。然而，这也存在着任何产业在初期发展、快速增长时都会遇到的人才瓶颈问题：一方面人才供需缺口大；另一方面人才缺乏竞争力；再者是人才结构不合理。
目前，广西仅有为数不多的院校开设国际邮轮专业，院校在培养邮轮人才的过程中，也遇到了一些共同的困境，据统计在国内普遍反映为：师资力量薄弱、优质教材短缺、课程内容偏离职业标准、实习实训基地受到限制、学生就业渠道不畅通等。而根据2015年第十届中国邮轮产业发展大会《邮轮港口发展规划布局》来看，广西北海将成为西南沿海地区的邮轮始发港，防城港为访问港，这将给广西邮轮人才的培养带来更多便利和机会。广西邮轮人才的培养是一项系统工程，高校作为邮轮人才的培养主体，必然起到至关重要的作用。作为企业方，香海教育也致力于人才培养体系的建立和完善，形成了集学员培训、就业于一体的、行之有效的船员配给体系。虽然我们有多年的校企合作的办学经验，在教学和管理实践中形成了稳定、有效的管理模式，但是校企合作仍需要校企双方根据更具市场就业需求、邮轮专业特点，不断适时的调整和完善，共同制定双赢互利的人才培养模式。我们即将面临的既是机遇也是挑战，但只要我们坚定信心，一步一个脚印，邮轮人才培养的校企合作发展一定会颇有成效。
朋友们，我们香海诚挚邀请各院校与“香海教育联盟”携手合作，利用优势互补，达成共赢，为邮轮职业教育尽我们的微薄之力。为了让邮轮人才培养能够不断优化，我倡议建立广西邮轮人才培养交流平台，建立校际联盟，增加院校间、企业间、校企间的密切互动，通过交流促进邮轮人才培养的教学、教法的改革，教资的更新等，通过校际联盟增强广西院校在在全国院校中邮轮培养方面的竞争力，形成有特色的教育体系，成为邮轮人才培养领域后起之秀。通过校企间的互动，掌握最新的就业信息，拓宽就业渠道，与企业实现无缝对接，促进广西邮轮人才培养的迅速健康发展。最后我预祝本次研讨会取得圆满成功！
